Mahajana College was established in October 1910 by the Scholar, Laureate and Pavalar Thuraiyappapillai for people, thus named Mahajana.

Welcome to Mahajana College Old Students Association - UK

We are old students of Mahajana College situated at Tellippalai, Jaffna Peninsula, in Sri Lanka have formed an association to render assistance for the general wellbeing of our college and act as a focal point for old students, teachers and their families and descendants to get together and generate bonding among them.
 
The association function under a written constitution and the executive committee is elected every two years. We stage annually four events,

Mahajana Poojah held on Good Friday

Open Day and Get-together field events

Mahajana Maalai (Musical) event stage managed

Mahajana Night Dinner and Dance

All are welcomed to join us and participate in our events.
